A1. The AEB Rewards program is a loyalty program created for Armeconombank customers, enabling to accumulate My Rewards points for executed transactions.

A2. To take part in the program, it is necessary:

• To be a customer of Armeconombank.
• To be a user of the "AEB Mobile app" or "AEB Online" systems.
• To log in to the "AEB Rewards" section from the "Menu" of system and accept the program participation provisions

A3. Yes, participation in the program is free.

A4. You can earn My Rewards points by making cashless transactions using the following card types: ArCa Classic, Master Standard, Master Standard Digital, Visa Classic Digital, Master ARMEC'S Standard, Master ARMEC'S Gold, Master Gold, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, VISA Infinite (including metal), and Visa Platinum (including metal), as well as by using the banking services provided, such as loans, deposits, and more.

A5. The bank accrues Bonus points based on the MCC code (Merchant Category Code) of the transaction, the type of transaction, and the place of execution (local or international), in accordance with the rates defined by the bank. Participants can familiarize themselves with these rates from the information bulletin of the bank's Payment Cards and Card Account.

A6. The points accumulated can be exchanged for various prizes offered by the companies cooperating with the program, including:

• Hotel bookings,
• Flight bookings,
• Conversion of points into cash (Cashback),
• Making non-cash payments using points
• Other payments available in the program.
